Yukon theatre companies collaborate on Broken

Whitehorse’s Ramshackle Theatre and Nakai Theatre Ensemble collaborated to create Broken, a play about Alzheimer's disease. The play focuses on the bond between grandfather and grandson, exposing the effects of the disease through images, photos, even puppetry. Broken opened in Sept. 2012 at the Yukon Arts Centre. Post-show talkback sessions enhanced the audience experience, offering an opportunity to debrief with the artists, respond to the work and share personal stories.
